Typhoon International have been innovators in providing personal protection from the elements since 1947. They have a reputation for the manufacture of exceptionally high-quality marine products, including drysuits, wetsuits, diving suits, buoyancy aids and more.
 

Equilibrium Supply Chain were initially engaged to conduct an end to end supply chain review starting with the "make or buy" decision through to the sourcing and manufacturing process. On completion of this initial 6 week review, James Saunders was retained to deliver a complex reorganisation of manufacturing operations which culminated in the upgrade and consolidation of production facilities to the company HQ in the North East of England and the closure of a site in the North West.

Following the successful consolidation of UK manufacturing, James was further engaged in the capacity of Interim Managing Director to continue operational process improvement whilst a permanent management team was established.
