Following the acquisition of the Arthouse business by NorthEdge Capital, Equilibrium Supply chain were engaged in an interim management capacity to deliver a turnaround in performance across Supply Chain and Operations. With a wide ranging brief encompassing Logistics, Procurement along with Planning & Forecasting, significant improvements were delivered during this 12 month assignment.
