Founded in 2017 By James Saunders, Equilibrium Supply Chain provides consultancy support and interim management services specialising in Strategy, Leadership, Supply Chain & Operations.

Following an early career in Supply Chain and Operations, James progressed into Business Unit Management and on to General Management and MD roles within FMCG, Manufacturing and Retail. Working within PLC, Private Equity and privately held businesses, James enjoyed multiple opportunities to drive change and profitability improvements whilst proving adept at delivering strategies and plans to realise top line growth. Excelling in creative businesses where the demands on Operational leaders are often unique, James is a highly effective turnaround / change manager.
